Who can use Facebook Marketplace?
If you already have a Facebook account, as long as you’re already using Facebook on your phone, you already have Facebook Marketplace in many countries and it’s in the Facebook app on your Android or iPhone.
So, the legal age to use Facebook Marketplace varies depending on your country; you need to be an adult according to the laws of your country (you must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.A. and at least 20 years old in Thailand).
To access Facebook Marketplace, you must:
- Be an adult based on the laws in your country (for example, In the United States, the minimum age is at least 18, and in Thailand, at least 20.
- Can also do this from a country where Facebook Marketplace is available.
- Be a consumer seller. Only consumer sellers may list their items for sale.

Is There a Facebook Marketplace App?
While there are separate apps for Facebook and Messenger, Marketplace works in two places only: the Facebook mobile app and the Facebook site. Facebook doesn’t make an app for buying and selling on Marketplace.
